In his capacity as Research Scientist for NatureFix, Â Dr. Matthew Zylstra recently presented on how nature connectedness underpins human and planetary health. This presentation marked the launch of NatureFix wellness trails in South Africa, as part of a collaboration with Nature’s Valley Trust. Â NatureFix is a smart app-driven initiative supporting nature prescriptions, landscape design and training in order to amplify the wellbeing benefits of nature.
